5 oz Aztec calendar copper bullion coin .999 Fine
The largest copper investment coin in our range. A must for all investors who want to physically invest in this interesting semi-precious metal. The obverse of the 5 ounce copper coin is entirely reserved for the famous Aztec calendar, as it is known from the special issues of the Mexican Casa de Moneda. Every single one of the three concentric motif rings and the geometric designs in between can be recognized in the finest details.
On the reverse is an idealized bust of Cuauhtémoc. He was the last Aztec ruler of Tenochtitlán. It is a pure investment coin in copper. It has no official face value. However, the fine weight (5 ounces) and the fineness (999 copper) are prominently embossed on the back.
In this context, it should be noted that weight is measured in Avoirdupois ounces and not, as is usually the case on the bullion market, in Troy ounces. One AVDP oz corresponds to approx. 28.349 grams.
